I can't believe that I have not posted since March. Too much has changed to even try to catch-up. Since our arrival back to The States we have been in an ever-changing adventure. We have witnessed the majesty of Colorado, saddled our horses in Texas, and felt the sand between our toes in The Sunshine state of Florida. The children successfully completed another year of school and summer is now in full force.
Though our time in the military was brief, returning to civilian life has been very emotional. We sincerely love the military and wanted desperately to remain apart of it... so much so that I myself have been working on the steps to enlist. However at this point previous surgeries are prohibiting me from continuing in the process.
Wes is in the final step of securing a great job. If he is successful then we will be leaving our beautiful mountains in Colorado Springs and returning to Sweet Home Alabama.
We have no idea what our future holds, but we are eagerly holding onto our faith that we serve the God who does.
